Discussant at World FoodTech ConfEx 2026

2026년 6월 9일부터 12일까지 열린 World FoodTech ConfEx 2026에서 최수정 교수는 푸드테크 계약학과 세션에 토론자로 참여하였습니다.

이번 세션에서는 식품 분야 계약학과의 운영 현황과 주요 이슈를 중심으로 논의가 이루어졌습니다. 최수정 교수는 토론자로서 푸드테크 인재 양성, 산업 수요와 교육과정의 연계, 계약학과 제도의 지속가능성 등에 대한 의견을 나누었습니다.

이번 참여는 푸드테크 분야의 전문 인력 양성과 산학협력 교육 모델의 방향을 함께 고민하는 의미 있는 자리였습니다.

Prof. Sujung Choi joined the FoodTech Contract Department session at World FoodTech ConfEx 2026, held from June 9 to 12, 2026, as a discussant.

The session looked at where food-related contract departments stand today and what issues they are facing. As a discussant, Prof. Choi shared thoughts on training future foodtech talent, connecting industry needs with curriculum design, and building more sustainable university-industry education models.

It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas on how contract departments can better support the next generation of foodtech professionals.
